You will be responsible for:
Generate references using the tools it has: specialized portals, franchise fairs, entrepreneur forums to expand the business model in your location. Plan strategy and Manage budgets to meet your goals.
Building the channels of communication between the brand and the market, the business model requires access to candidates who meet the requirements in defining the right franchisee profile and dedicate their greatest efforts to identify the best candidates and opportunities among the high number of stakeholders.
Build a network of contacts with the market of entrepreneurs, professionals and investors to generate and manage candidate references.
Build a team of International Executives with a Cohesive Expansion License or Franchise to strengthen and foster the business model to attract new candidates.
Argue with conviction, ethics negotiations with candidates and be part of the overall strategy of the company.

1.4. What training do you need?
The expert category (EP2) requires the following academic training:
- University studies of at least 4 years (Bachelor’s degree, Engineering, Law, Economist, Labor Relations, Mathematics, Programming, Physics, etc. …).
- University studies of at least 3 years (Diplomas, Technical Engineering, etc. …).
- Bachelor’s degree and equivalent, FPII, Senior Technician, Specialist Technician, …,(Higher degree in the internationalization of companies, some postgraduate business development or master’s degree in business school and other specialized training courses with his degree or diploma of certification,……)
1.5. Skills required.
At least +1 years of experience in a similar position (or equivalents “Deputy Director of Structuring”, “Financial Advisor”, “Responsible for Working Capital” “Financial Director”, “Refinancing Specialist”, etc…..,).
Participate in the philosophy and objectives of the company.

(i) First Language: Native.
(ii) Second Language: Eligible levels B1, B2, C1 and C2.

1.8.1 Online test exam 20 questions: Reasoning tests.
5-question exam that evaluates your aptitude for logical reasoning and understanding verbal and numerical data.
5-question examination that evaluates your aptitude for logical reasoning and understanding numerical data.
6-question exam that evaluates your aptitude for logical reasoning and understanding of the relationships between concepts lacking linguistic, spatial or numerical elements.
4-question exam that evaluates your usual behavior in a work environment.
In short, the reasoning tests are 20 test questions and should be performed within 45 minutes.
1.8.2 Personal interview: Videoconferencing test.
Only eligible candidates (“approved”) of the test exam enter this test.
The interview is short answer questions, estimated time 30 minutes.
