1.1. Overview of the job vacancy: About Your Role.

As a marketing and social media expert in the team, you will be assigned the task of being responsible for the implementation, implementation and control of the digital marketing plan of the company or brand, definition and design of the strategy, in close collaboration with other team members in order to offer you clear, adequate and optimal solutions. Establish collaboration frameworks that reinforce the company’s values and mission in its business, taking responsibility for the local end-to-end strategy for jurisdictions assigned by the languages that depend on its location.

1.2. What will you do?

It performs the following functions:

1.Create digital content.

It is responsible for coordinating the creation of content in various formats: articles, videos, photos, and, on a more advanced level, also ebooks, guides,  webinars, etc. This content will then be used in various strategies: advertising, positioning (SEO) of the web, brand image, promotion and support for events, etc.

2.Inbound marketing.

Launching an inbound marketing project,  the contents are used as a key element to, together with other online marketing techniques and actions, capture traffic, convert them into records, track and accompany them until the final purchase.

3.Branding.

All actions aimed at increasing the visibility of the brand in online and offline media, and in improving its image in front of users, as well as achieving the best online reputation.

4.Social Media.

 The management of the company’s profiles on social networks and their use in content strategies.

5.Competition analysis.

 Monitoring of the main actions and strategies of competition in the field of digital marketing.

          1.3.1 Resident:

You are a native or have a valid residence permit in the country where the team.

1.3.2 Employment transfer from another country: Residence permit.

1.4. What training do you need?

The expert category (EP2) requires the following academic training:

  • University studies of at least 4 years (Bachelor’s degree, Engineering, Law, Economist, Labor Relations, Mathematics, Programming, Physics, etc. …).
  • University studies of at least 3 years (Diplomas, Technical Engineering, etc. …). …).
  • Bachelor’s degree and equivalent, FPII, Senior Technician, Specialist Technician, …,(Titulation in marketing and advertising, supplemented with some postgraduate or master’s degree in digital marketing and other specialized training courses with your degree or certification diploma,……).

1.5. Skills required.

At least +1 year of experience in a similar position (or related as Marketing Manager,  Chief  Marketing Officer (CMO), Digital Marketing Manager (DMM), Digital Marketing  Specialist  (DMS), Social Media Manager (SMM),  Community Manager (CM), Digital Content Manager, etc. )

Know the most acting strategies of digital marketing.

Experience in the launch of email marketing, branding, social media, SEO, SEM, etc. campaigns.

Advanced knowledge in the latest digital tools for content management on websites, blogs and social networks, web analytics, SEO optimization, keyword search, etc.

Ability to analyze and skill in choosing and interpreting the most appropriate indicators to assess the success of the campaign and its profitability.

Good communicator, both with customers (through, above all, social networks) and with other colleagues and collaborators, in order to be able to effectively execute the various actions and campaigns.

Understand the master lines of a defined digital strategy, implement it effectively and in the expected timeframes.

Flexibility and critical spirit to be able to detect possible errors or areas of improvement in defined strategies.

1.6.- Required languages:

(i) First Language: Native.

(ii) Second Language: Eligible levels B1, B2, C1 and C2.

(iii) Obligatory primary language: Portuguese.

(iv) Second language valid for this job vacancy, one of the following languages:

        • Spanish
        • English

1.8. Selection Tests:

1.8.1 Online test exam 20 questions: Reasoning tests.

1.Verbal.

5-question exam that evaluates your aptitude for logical reasoning and understanding verbal and numerical data.

2. Numeric.

5-question examination that evaluates your aptitude for logical reasoning and understanding numerical data.

3.Abstract.

6-question exam that evaluates your aptitude for logical reasoning and understanding of the relationships between concepts lacking linguistic, spatial or numerical elements.

4.Situational.

4-question exam that evaluates your usual behavior in a work environment.

In short, the reasoning tests are 20 test questions and should be performed within 45 minutes.

1.8.2 Personal interview: Videoconferencing test.

Only eligible candidates (“approved”) of the test exam enter this test.

The interview is short answer questions, estimated time 30 minutes.

1.9. Upcoming open calls for job openings:
