Job Overview

1.1. Overview of the job vacancy: About Your Role.

As an Expert in Institutional Relations  of the team, you will be   assigned the task of strengthening the company’s  relationship with other institutions, companies or public and private bodies. Establish collaboration frameworks that reinforce the values and mission of the company in its activity, taking responsibility for the local end-to-end strategy for jurisdictions assigned by the languages that depend on its location.

1.2. What will you do?

You will be responsible for:

Define objectives and develop programs that strengthen the company’s relationship with other public and private institutions, companies or bodies.

Establish collaboration frameworks and agreements that reinforce the company’s values and mission, across all its business channels in the capital market and its digital platforms.

Take care of the company’s protocol regulations in institutional events and events.

Manage events and activities in coordination with the marketing and communication team.

Working with the Operations team to align  solutionis corporate to achieve success in each corporate project.

Direct corporate management in the field and  digital implementation of all the resources at your fingertips.

1.3.1 Resident:

 You are a native or have a valid residence permit in the country where the team.

1.3.2 Employment transfer from another country: Residence permit.

You are not a native or do not have official residence in the country where the work. The employment transfer and application  for a residence permit will be helped  to start a new stage of work.

Each professional team in its location is multidisciplinary, plurinational, multiracial and culturally diverse.

1.4. What training do you need?

The expert category (EP2) requires one of the following academic training:

  • University studies of at least 4 years (Bachelor, Engineering, Architecture, Law, Labor Relations, etc.  …)
  • University studies of at least 3 years (Diplomas, TechnicalEngineering, etc. …).
  • Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations and Equivalent, FPII, Senior Technician, Technical Specialist, …,(Higher degree in International Relations, supplemented by a postgraduate or master’s degree in international relations and other specialized training courses with its degree or diploma of certification,……)

1.5. Skills required.

At least +1 year of experience in a similar position (or  equivalent,  Public Relations Manager, AsDirectorof International Relations”, “IndependentAdvisor”, …., etc.).

Communicative skills, great bargaining skills and persuasivegifts.

Creativity and initiative in activities  such  as technology, finance, mergers and acquisitions,  etc.

Knowledge of the needs and understanding of the functioning of media relations and possessing a tactical knowledge of the most important social networks.

Create a harmonious environment with clients, organizations, companies, journalists, managers, lawyers and team members.

Be friendly to deal with a diverse group of people in conflict situations with an effective, calm, courteous and discreet approach.

Have confidence when addressing the public clearly to spread the desired message and when making presentations to customers.

Organized, able to manage your time effectively and with managerial skills.

Be able to manage multiple projects at the same time and work under pressure in a dynamic and active environment.

Be organized enough to handle multiple events and customers at the same time.

Analytical, with problem-solving and decision-making.

Responsible and discreet when handling confidential and sensitive information.

Proactive, reliable, accurate and with excellent attention to detail.

1.6.- Required languages:

(i) First Language: Native.

(ii) Second Language: Eligible levels B1, B2, C1 and C2.

(iii) Obligatory primary language: Chinese.

(iv) Second language valid for this job vacancy, one of the following languages:

        • English
        • Spanish

1.8. Selection Tests:

1.8.1 Online test exam 20 questions: Reasoning tests.

1.Verbal.

5-question exam that evaluates your aptitude for logical reasoning and understanding verbal and numerical data.

2. Numérico.

5-question examination that evaluates your aptitude for logical reasoning and understanding numerical data.

3.Abstracto.

6-question exam that evaluates your aptitude for logical reasoning and understanding of the relationships between concepts lacking linguistic, spatial or numerical elements.

4.Situational.

4-question exam that evaluates your usual behavior in a work environment.

In short, the reasoning tests are 20 test questions and should be performed within 45 minutes.

1.8.2 Personal interview: Videoconferencing test.

Only eligible candidates (“approved”) of the test exam enter this test.

The interview is short answer questions, estimated time 30 minutes.

1.9. Upcoming open calls for job openings:
