Objective:

The training program seeks to strengthen participants' skills through a fully online course that will offer interactive tutorials, videos, interviews with experts, podcasts, and quizzes, among other materials. This training modality encourages autonomous learning and allows different levels of depth depending on the time of the dedication of the students, with a minimum required of between 6 and 8 hours. The beneficiaries of the grant will have four weeks to complete the course and will have the support of an assistant teacher who will guide them if necessary.

The training program, designed entirely by Ecobanka executives, is offered in Spanish and English.

During the course, participants will carry out a business project according to the bases indicated by their teachers, which they will hand in at the end of the course to be evaluated. The three best-completed projects will be rewarded.
