“Extra Salary for Holidays.”
Extra Summer or End of the Year pay is a key tool to motivate workers. This additional salary will be a great help to face a holiday to enjoy and rest with friends or family to recharge your batteries before returning to work.
Ecobanka encourages these bonuses in each jurisdiction where it is present so that all its work teams can feel more taken care of by the company.
The result obtained? Greater engagement and productivity.
When we talk about extra pay or extra pay we mean the right of the worker to receive two annual bonuses outside of his ordinary salary. In addition, there is the possibility that, instead of receiving the extra salary in the Summer or End of the Year, the employee can collect them prorated in the same annual monthly amounts as his regular salary.
