“Sustainable Design and Vertical Green Concept”

The SOLARIS building is located in Singapore Central Business and Research Park. They are two blocks of towers separated by a naturally ventilated central atrium. The office floors are connected by bridges that cross the atrium. The energy consumption of the building will represent a reduction of more than 36%. It has interactive open spaces, interior patios to provide light, natural ventilation, as well as a continuous spiral plant ramp that increases biodiversity and refreshes the environment.

The rainwater harvesting system allows the landscaping to be irrigated for more than 5 days using recycled water. The landscaped roofs allow for interaction between the building occupants and nature. With its extensive eco-infrastructure, sustainable design features and vertical green concept, Solaris seeks to enhance the existing ecosystems of the site, rather than replace them.

Ecobanka shares access to global alternative finance with corporate users through MYNEOFINTECH 4.0. to make sustainable architecture projects a reality.
